This Privacy Policy explains how MODNYVR-OPHTHALMIC LTD (“ModnyVR”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the ModnyVR application distributed through the Epic Games Store.
What Data We Capture
ModnyVR does not ask users to provide personal information.
We do not collect your:
name;
email address;
postal address;
date of birth;
payment information;
health information; or
other contact information.
When you sign in to ModnyVR using your Epic Games account, ModnyVR receives the Epic Games display name associated with the signed-in account through Epic Account Services.
This information is provided to the application through the Epic Account Services integration and is not entered directly into ModnyVR by the user.
ModnyVR does not collect gameplay analytics, advertising information, usage history, or other personal information through the application.
How We Use the Data
The Epic Games display name received by ModnyVR is used only to identify the signed-in user within the application.
It is not used for:
advertising;
marketing;
profiling;
analytics; or
tracking.
How We Share the Data
ModnyVR does not sell, rent, disclose or share the Epic Games display name with third parties.
How We Retain the Data
ModnyVR does not maintain a database of Epic Games display names.
The display name is accessed by the application when required and is not permanently stored by ModnyVR.
As ModnyVR does not permanently retain this information, ModnyVR does not maintain a separate personal data record or user profile containing the Epic Games display name.
Changes to This Policy
If ModnyVR introduces functionality in the future that collects, stores, uses, or shares additional user data, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
